Resolution Centre

Every report
has a path to resolution.

Reports don't just sit there. They can be responded to, negotiated, disputed and closed — and every step is logged.

Four pathways

Not every disagreement needs the same process.

The right pathway depends on what's actually being disputed — the facts of an interaction, or whether the report is even about the right person.

Direct response

The subject responds to a report directly, adding context or a correction the reporter and future readers can see.

Negotiated resolution

A structured offer-and-response process for reaching an agreement outside a public back-and-forth.

Identity dispute

"This isn't me" claims get an independent review before anything is attributed to the wrong person or business.

Community review & appeal

Disagreements that can't be settled directly move to a wider review, with a final appeal step before a resolution is closed.

Three rules

The process is part of the record.

Everything timestamped

Every action in a resolution — an offer, a response, a vote, an appeal — carries the exact time it happened.

Everything transparent

Both sides can see the full sequence of events in a resolution, not a summarized outcome.

Everything permanently logged

Nothing in a resolution silently disappears — the process itself becomes part of the record.

A record isn't final
until resolution has been offered.
