1. About RRSource

RRSource is a reputation intelligence platform. We provide structured, evidence-based Reputation Records built from information submitted by registered users, and verification tools that let organisations and individuals evaluate that information. We are a technology platform — not a credit bureau, legal authority, investigative body, or publisher of verified facts.

2. User Responsibility

You are solely and wholly responsible for all content you submit, including reports, evidence, documents, and any other material contributed to a Reputation Record. By submitting content, you confirm that:

• The information is based on your genuine personal or professional experience.
• You have not fabricated, exaggerated, or misrepresented any facts.
• You understand that false or malicious submissions may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
• You grant RRSource a non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your submitted content as part of the platform's Reputation Records and verification services.

3. Not Legal Advice or a Formal Determination

Reputation Records and other content on RRSource are not legally binding and do not constitute a formal accusation, charge, conviction, or credit determination. They represent structured summaries of user-submitted experience and evidence. RRSource does not independently verify the accuracy of every submission and makes no warranty regarding the truthfulness of user-submitted content, beyond the verification steps expressly described in our product documentation.

4. Platform Role

RRSource acts solely as a technology intermediary. We are not liable for the content submitted by users or third parties. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates our community guidelines, is flagged as abusive or unsubstantiated, or is subject to a valid legal order.

5. Defamation & False Reports

Publishing false, malicious, or defamatory content about an individual or organisation is strictly prohibited. Users found to have submitted knowingly false reports may have their accounts suspended and may be reported to relevant authorities. RRSource will cooperate with law enforcement and regulators where required by applicable law.

6. Privacy

Registering an account is a contract between you and RRSource, and we process the account data needed to provide the service on that basis — not on the basis of “consent” bundled into these Terms. Where any part of the platform relies on your consent instead — most notably, biometric identity verification (see below) — that consent is captured separately and specifically, at the point it's actually needed, and can be withdrawn independently of your acceptance of these Terms. 7. Identity, one account, and Persona verification

Identity verification connects your RRSource account to the identity document you provide. The legal name returned from your document becomes your verified name on the website; later corrections or approved changes are recorded in the audit trail. The selfie captured during identity verification is private and is never used as your public profile picture — it is visible only to you, in your account's Security section. Your public profile picture, if you choose to set one, is a separate photo you provide yourself. You must provide your own genuine identity document. Creating more than one account, using another person’s identity, or using a fake or altered identity document is prohibited and may result in account restriction, referral to law enforcement, civil claims, or other legal action where applicable.

8. Account deletion and retained identity evidence

You may request account deletion, but an account with an active Assurance cannot be deleted until that Assurance expires. On deletion, your login is closed, your Reputation Record is made private, and its public disclosures are cleared. To protect the community against fraud, impersonation, repeat abuse, and fabricated histories, verified identity evidence and related audit/search records may remain viewable in a limited search or compliance context. Your verified profile photograph is removed from the active account file where applicable, but retained historical evidence may remain viewable as described above. You may return in the future, but you may not create a new account; we will restore or reconnect the existing identity-linked account instead.

9. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on RRSource:

• Sexual or explicit content of any kind.
• Content targeting minors.
• Hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence.
• Spam, misinformation, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
• Content posted with intent to harass, threaten, or extort.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RRSource, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or legal costs arising from your use of the platform or content you submit.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes not resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in this clause limits or waives any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of the United States or the European Union, including applicable data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation and comparable U.S. state privacy laws, which continue to apply where they are engaged.
