RRSource legal
Cookie Policy
This policy explains how RRSource uses cookies and similar browser storage to provide secure access, remember short-lived workflow information and operate the service.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you use a website. Similar technologies, including local storage and session storage, can also remember information in your browser.
How RRSource uses them
RRSource currently uses cookies and browser storage only where they are needed for authentication, security, access control, fraud prevention, requested features and continuity within a journey.
We do not currently use optional advertising, cross-site tracking or marketing cookies. We also do not currently use optional analytics cookies. If that changes, RRSource will update this policy and introduce an appropriate consent choice before setting non-essential cookies.
Essential cookies and browser storage
| Category | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in and session | Keep you securely signed in, maintain your session and support sign-out. | For the browser session or until your sign-in expires. |
| Security and access | Protect RRSource from abuse and confirm access to protected features. | For the security session or a limited period appropriate to the feature. |
| Functional browser storage | Remember necessary progress, destinations and interface preferences while you use requested features. | For the session, until replaced, or until you clear your browser storage. |
The exact cookies and storage used depend on the RRSource features you choose to use. We do not use this information for advertising or to track you across unrelated websites.
Why no cookie banner is shown
RRSource does not currently set optional analytics, advertising or marketing cookies. The cookies described above support services you request or protect the service and its users. We still provide this policy so their use is clear.
Your choices
You can review, block or delete cookies and browser storage using your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent secure sign-in, verification, protected access or other requested RRSource features from working correctly.
Information about controlling cookies is available from your browser provider and from the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Third-party services
Some security or identity-verification journeys may take you to a third-party service. Cookies set on that provider's own website are governed by its policy. See the RRSource Privacy Notice for information about the service providers we use.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy if our use of cookies or similar technologies changes. For questions, email privacy@rrsource.com.
